Dedicated to Vindel14 the motivator, SailorMoonlight101 the writer, and Bluestar28, my partner in essays and in crime.

"Every Time
Ever since his childhood had been ripped apart from him.
Every one
Saw from a distance, judged him unfeeling and cold.
Cold
Bent on a duty, thrown upon his shoulders.
Heartless
A protection from the repeat of a helpless existence.
Despair
Deadly mistakes, manipulation, an unending circle.
Hope
A determined jinchuuriki, An understanding heart, an old friend.
Friends
Tenaciously holding on, refusing to give up.
Waiting
If he would retrace his steps, return home.
Home
An old pervert, a kunoichi and a blue-eyed wonder."

DQ:"I hate school! I hate ratings! I won't reach higher! I won't strive harder! I won't make tomorrow
better than today! Pongo to exams!" - Kestrel Hath (The Wind Singer, William Nicholson)
Kind of describes my mood at the moment. Why did I do it? My not-so-new year resolution is that I will
not draw or paint wings again.
alter ego: "Oh yes you will!"
Oh no I wont!
alter ego: "Looks like your forgetting something."
?
alter ego: "Next deviation is 'Before the Ellimist...'"
What?! Nn NoooOOOOOoooooooooo!!!
At one time during the lineart of this deviation the wings looked horrible. I was ready to turn and run.
Looking at it now, I'm glad I stuck with it.
comments will be appreciated and used to bandage my photoshop - destroyed fingers.

I like the shading you did on this piece. Especcially in the night sky. But I think you could have scattered the small stars across the entire space of sky. It looks a bit ..... curious that way. They are like clusteres. It woul look more natural if they are scattered troughout. Also, you migh like to add a little more highlight to the carakter. It's an expieriance of mine: highlight, in combination with shadows, give a lot to any piece of art.
But don't get me wrong, that's just a piece of well meant advice, atcually.
I like the perspective on this one. You did it pretty well.
Drawing a character in this angle usually gives you problems while drawing tha background fewed from aboce, but you've done rahter well here. My complement.
